Who we are

FIZO (fizo.com.au) is operated by The Trustee for The Reid Family Trust, ABN 36 771 121 477, trading as Reid Media, Gold Coast, Queensland. By using FIZO you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

FIZO is a directory, not an adviser

Nothing on FIZO is financial, tax, credit or legal advice. It does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. FIZO does not recommend any professional, investment, security or financial product, including anything offered by a business listed on FIZO.

Before acting on any information here, consider whether it is right for you and, where appropriate, get advice from a qualified professional.

Listings and verification

Listings contain information supplied by businesses or drawn from public sources. Where a public register exists, such as those kept by the Tax Practitioners Board and ASIC, we check listings against it and show the date of the check. Registers change, so a check shows what the register said on that date. See how we verify.

We do our best to keep listings accurate but cannot guarantee it. Check any professional yourself before you engage them. If you spot something wrong, tell us.

Dealing with a business

Any arrangement you make with a business you found on FIZO is between you and that business. FIZO is not a party to it and is not responsible for the services they provide. FIZO does not receive commission on any product you buy. See how FIZO makes money.

For businesses

If you list or claim a business, the information you give must be accurate and yours to publish, and you must hold any registration or licence your listing claims. We may edit, refuse or remove any listing, review or content that is misleading, unlawful, off topic or spam. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time; the plan runs to the end of the period already paid. Paying never buys a verification badge or a recommendation.

Linking to any FIZO page is welcome.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, FIZO is provided as is, and to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, from information on it, or from any business you find through it. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

General

These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. Last updated 1 October 2026.
