Questions practices ask
Is my practice already on FIZO?
Probably. Most Australian practices are listed from the public registers. Search for your practice name, press Claim, and prove you run it. Claiming is free.
Do I pay for each lead?
No, never. Plans are a flat monthly price set by the areas you cover. Every enquiry from your own page is yours at no extra charge. Free listings get their first 2 matched requests in full; after that, members are sent the person's details and free listings are told a request came in.
Can paying get me the verified badge?
No. The badge comes only from a match to the regulator's own register (the TPB, ASIC or a state register of lawyers) and is re-checked every month. Paying cannot buy it, keep it or hide a lapsed registration.
Is there a contract?
No lock-in. Monthly plans run month to month and you can cancel any time from your dashboard. Quiet season? Pause a monthly plan for up to 2 months a year instead of cancelling.
What if I need fewer or more areas than my plan?
Areas are "up to": use as few as you like. If you outgrow Growth, Pro covers 10. If you outgrow Pro, add 5 more areas for $49 a month, as many times as you need.
Is paying yearly cheaper?
Yes. A year costs ten months: Starter $490, Growth $990, Pro $2,490. Two months free, paid once, still no lock-in after the year.
How do reviews work?
From your dashboard, send a review request to past clients. Every review is published, good or bad, and only from someone you invited. Stars show on your listing once you have three. Paying never removes a review.
I have more than one office.
Each office gets its own page in its own suburb, with its own areas, on one bill. The first office is full price and every other office is 25% off. Two offices on Growth are $173 a month, three are $247.
Does FIZO recommend me to people?
FIZO never recommends a professional or a financial product. People choose to contact you, or ask to be matched with up to three practices that cover their postcode.
